Right of withdrawal for Dieci Nail World Products

The customer has the right to withdraw from any order regarding Dieci Nail World Products with any declaration, provided it is explicit, delivered to Sonya Nails.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last good ordered. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the latter, acquires physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Sonya Nails (Naples, Via Maria Longo, 6 (CAP 80138) e-mail: infoiecinail.it) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of any explicit declaration to that effect (for example, with a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

For this purpose, it is possible to use the standard withdrawal form attached to these GTC (Annex I). If the customer decides not to use the standard withdrawal form attached, he must submit any other explicit declaration of his decision to withdraw from the contract.

In such a case, Sonya Nails will promptly send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).

The deadline set for withdrawal is considered to be respected if the customer sends his/her declaration before the expiry of the 14-day period starting from the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the last good ordered.

Effects of withdrawal

Following the withdrawal from this contract, Sonya Nails will refund all payments made by the buyer, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the standard one offered), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which it is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Such refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

In any case, the Customer will not have to bear any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement. The reimbursement may be suspended until Sonya Nails receives the returned products.

The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the sales contract.

The Products must be returned:

- properly packaged in their original packaging, not ruined, damaged or soiled and equipped with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation. In the event of loss of the original packaging, the Customer must, at his own expense, provide for its replacement in order to be able to proceed with the return of the Dieci Nail World Products;

- equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging), so as to allow Sonya Nails to identify the customer (Order number, name, surname and address);

- without obvious signs of use;

If the returned product does not comply with the provisions of this contract, the withdrawal will not be effective.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer.

The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves.
